Therapist, wife, mother, and founder of Parts of Me (POM) Clinical Behavioral Services, LLC.
Welcome to POM Clinical Behavioral Services. If you are here because you are grappling with anxiety, career-related compassion fatigue, and burnout, grief, or relationship issues, you are in the right place. I am here because I believe you deserve a nurturing, non-judgmental approach to developing key insights into underlying internal systems and beliefs. Understanding these internal systems allow us to identify and properly deal with the influences that can lead to maladaptive and destructive patterns in self-care and relationships.
I am a native Coloradan currently living in Maryland. I graduated from Regis University with a B.S. degree in Applied Psychology (Children & Family Violence) and obtained a Master of Social Work (Families & Trauma) from the University of Denver. I have a passion for working with our veteran and underserved communities, as well as children suffering from emotional trauma and/or disfunction.
My career focus is divided into a triangle, each feeding and strengthening the other two: a) Therapy b) Supervision and Consultation, and c) Training and Professional Development. I’m dedicated to meeting the therapeutic needs of my clients. I utilize an integrative approach to healing, which takes into account all parts of a client’s social, emotional, and psychological influences which facilitates informed comprehensive and clinical-based healing that meets the client where they are.
Finally, I am an experienced telehealth provider and leverage a safe and secure platform to provide virtual services. In a safe, confidential virtual therapeutic environment, clients are empowered to express their most vulnerable feelings throughout the therapeutic process.
